I had not had a good nights sleep in so many years, due to suffering from a bad back. I didn’t know what had caused the bad back and the doctors did not know how to cure it. Just by chance I happened to bump into an old friend who listened to my story, and told me that to get a good night sleep, all I had to do was buy a memory foam mattress. I was that desperate to try anything to stop the pain when sleeping and straight away I went looking on the internet and found a shop who sold the mattresses online.

The suppliers of these memory foam mattresses were very helpful and they were able to explain exactly how they would help my back pain. The mattress would shape around your body which meant that your back was not being pushed into unreasonable positions, when trying to sleep. On a normal mattress the spine is not able to relax as the mattress material is being pushed against it. I was that impressed with what the salesman promised me that I purchased a memory foam pillow as well as the mattress. I was ready to try anything as everything else I had tried to get a good nights sleep, had failed.

I was not disappointed by the salesman promises and I could not believe the first nights sleep that I had when using the mattress and pillow. I felt so refreshed and energetic the next day. For the first night in many, I had not woken up with pain raging through my back. The mattress really did do what the suppliers said it would do. I decided to go back to the suppliers and buy a memory foam mattress topper, that way when ever I went on holiday I could still have the use of this useful invention. I never wanted to leave home without it.

I used a memory foam topper on my last holiday to Spain and each day I was fully able to enjoy myself due to getting a good nights sleep. I could not believe that for so many years, I took sleeping tablets and tried various methods to stop the pain. The answer was to simply change my mattress. If you are in agony with your back and it stops you from getting a good nights sleep, then simply invest in the memory foam products and enjoy the best nights sleep you have had in years.
